However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for quality or defect related reasons, you may contact us and we will happily provide you with the replacement. Please see below for more information on our replacement policy.

Replacement

In the case of customers receiving defective product(s) or have some quality related issue, they need to intimate us within 30 days of the product(s) delivery. The customers are required to intimate us via email to [email protected] containing clear photo(s) of the product showing the issue. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Customers may send us multiple photos to highlight the issue. Customers contacting after more than 30 days of product delivery will not be entertained for replacement or refund.

Replacement Process

After receiving an intimation of a damaged or defective product(s), due process of confirmation is carried out and once replacement is found to be due, we will prepare the replacement and intimate you for its dispatch. Please note that replacement delivery time will most likely be according to the original delivery time. we will intimate you all the details of the replacement via email. Please also note that we carry out due diligence for a report of defective or poor quality product so that such case is avoided in future.

Returns

We don’t encourage the reshipping (returns) of damaged products as the package has been accepted and marked as delivered by Shipment company / courier. If an order can’t be delivered to the recipient or the recipient is not present or refuses to accept it, it will be returned to the return address indicated on the shipping label for free. In such cases where the order is returned because it was not collected on time, the customer may ask for a refund or dispatch for which shipping cost is to be given by the customer.

Refunds

If the customers wants a refund instead of replacement due to quality or damage related issue, they can intimate us and depending upon the situation we may offer the refund whose detail will be communicated to you via email.

Exceptions

Please note that replacement or refund is not applicable for below cases:
  • The customer ordered the wrong size
  • The customer ordered the wrong color
  • The customer ordered the wrong quantity
  • The customer changed their mind
  • If the orders are lost with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1″)
